No family should face
loss alone.
Dignity Care Society is a caring community providing funeral financial assistance and emotional support — so every member receives a respectful, dignified farewell.
When a member passes, the cost is shared equally among the community. You contribute only when there is a loss — never a monthly premium.
Across many faiths and traditions, caring for one another in times of loss is considered sacred. Whether through service, charity, compassion, or prayer — people have always come together to help families through grief.
Timeless values, held together
Simple, transparent, and built on trust.
By pooling resources and sharing responsibility, members ease the financial strain that so often accompanies funeral arrangements — letting families focus on remembrance and healing.
To build a compassionate community grounded in dignity and care — ensuring every member receives a dignified farewell, and no family faces loss alone.
The mutual-assistance model
Members collectively share the funeral costs of a deceased member. It is simple, affordable, and rooted in shared responsibility.
Funeral assistance is capped at $6,000 in the Society's first year of operation, based on standard basic funeral costs. The cap rises with enrollment and inflation.
If no death occurs in a given month, no contribution is collected. Contributions are deducted only when the community is called to help.

A one-time admission fee is all it takes to join the community. We never collect your banking details on this website — see how membership works below.

A community built on care
Dignity Care Society was established on the belief that every person deserves a dignified, respectful, and affordable farewell. We bring together individuals committed to helping one another through mutual support and shared responsibility.
We are a not-for-profit organization established for the benefit of our members and community, operating under the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA), our Articles of Incorporation, and By-laws. A dedicated funeral assistance fund holds all membership contributions, donations, and income — used solely to provide financial assistance, bereavement support, member education, and reasonable administration.
No profits or assets are ever distributed to members, directors, or officers except as permitted by law. Beyond finances, we foster a compassionate community where members find guidance and comfort during times of grief.
